For simple, short-term projects, estimates are generated using spreadsheets. Estimates prepared by GCCOLLINS utilize current national information on unit costs, labor rates, productivity, etc. Our initial estimate is then reviewed by senior GCCOLLINS personnel to address job-specific factors and conditions, local productivity rates, procurement practices, etc., thereby ensuring an accurate and understandable estimate.
